I totally agree with this article. I have always ate diverse amount of vegetables from early age. My mother exposed me early on and when I got older (in my 20's) it progressed to vegetarian with occasional fish and chicken. Now im my 40's and my skin (along with facials) thank me everyday for making descent choices on what I put in my body for fuel.
